The Johnston Historical Society is working with the City of Johnston to explore
the potential relocation of the Inter-Urban Rail Power Generator Building.

Museum Hours

The Museum will be open from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on the second Sunday of the Month.

Other times by appoinment
If you are interested in a tour, please call the museum phone 515-331-0687 and leave a message.

The Museum will also be open from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday June 16th during Green Days.
Stop in and say hello to your board members and other volunteers.

The Simpson Barn

The Simpson Barn is a restored barn located at 6169 Northglenn Drive. The barn can be rented for your special event. For information call the Johnston Parks Department at (515) 727-8091.
